A statement plant in every sense, the Monstera Thai Constellation is prized for its celestial-like variegation, with creamy white speckles, marbling and bold splashes scattered across rich green foliage. No two leaves develop quite the same, and as the plant matures, its leaves grow larger and begin developing the iconic fenestrations Monstera are known for—making every new leaf something worth waiting for.

This Monstera comes planted in a 5” clear matte frosted hard plastic pot, intentionally chosen for both function and aesthetics. Rather than leaving the plant in a traditional nursery pot, we repot it into a clean, minimal container that looks polished on its own while making it easy to style inside virtually any decorative planter.

The subtle frosted finish keeps the growing container discreet when placed inside a ceramic or decorative pot, allowing you to change your planter as your style or space evolves without needing to repot your plant each time. It’s a simple, functional approach to plant styling that keeps the focus exactly where it belongs—on the plant.

At GINA&AURA, we honour the journey from greenhouse to home, giving each plant time and care before it becomes part of your sanctuary.

Plants are grown in greenhouse conditions that can be very different from the light, humidity and environment inside your home. Rather than simply bringing them in and putting them up for sale, every plant goes through our signature acclimation and care process.

Once a plant arrives from our greenhouse or supplier, we carefully remove it from its original growing medium, inspect and clean the roots, and repot it in our signature handcrafted soil blend, individually curated to support the needs of each plant variety. The plant is then treated with our organic plant spray to help clean the foliage and address any unwanted pests that may have travelled with it.

From there, we give it something just as important: time.

Each plant is allowed to acclimate to an indoor environment while we closely observe how it responds to its new soil, light and surroundings. We monitor its overall health and growth, and only once we’re satisfied that the plant is healthy, established and adjusting well is it made available for purchase.

It’s our way of taking care of the transition before it becomes yours—so bringing home a beautiful plant feels a little simpler, more intentional and less stressful.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR MONSTERA THAI CONSTELLATION

The Monstera Thai Constellation may look like a showstopper, but its care doesn’t need to be complicated. Give it plenty of soft light, let it dry out between waterings and allow it some room to grow. With the right environment, those signature cream-speckled leaves will only get bigger and more beautiful over time.

  • Keep your Thai Constellation out of prolonged direct sun. Its creamy variegated areas contain less chlorophyll and can be more sensitive to intense sunlight, making them prone to scorching.

    A space filled with bright, filtered light is ideal. Light softened through a sheer curtain works beautifully, or place your plant where it receives plenty of natural light without the sun shining directly onto its leaves for extended periods.ption text goes here

  • Your Thai Constellation will be happiest in bright, indirect light, although it can adapt to medium-light conditions.

    The amount of light it receives directly influences how quickly it grows. Brighter indirect light generally supports stronger, more active growth, while a plant kept farther from a window may grow more slowly.

    Because variegated leaves have less green surface area available for photosynthesis, giving your Thai plenty of indirect light is especially important.

  • Allow the soil to become mostly dry before watering again. Thai Constellations appreciate moisture, but they don’t appreciate sitting in consistently wet soil.

    In many homes, this may mean watering approximately every couple of weeks, but we recommend checking the soil rather than following a strict schedule. Light, temperature, season, humidity and the size of your plant can all change how quickly the soil dries.

    Water thoroughly when needed and allow excess water to drain. During brighter, warmer months your plant may drink more frequently, while growth and water needs typically slow during cooler, darker months.

    When in doubt, give her another day. A slightly thirsty Monstera is much happier than one with constantly wet roots.

  • No greenhouse required. Your Thai Constellation can adapt well to average household humidity, making it easier to incorporate into everyday indoor living.

    That said, it is still a tropical plant. A little extra humidity can help create the lush environment it naturally loves, especially during dry winter months.

  • The Monstera Thai Constellation is toxic if ingested and may cause irritation and other adverse reactions in pets. If you have a curious pet who considers your plant collection part of the menu, keep this one somewhere they can’t reach.
